Key Responsibilities: Drive the achievement of agreed financial targets for ANZ & NZ Operations Ensuring payments/transactions are allocated to customers’ accounts in a timely and accurate manner. Ensuring loans are loaded correctly and credit conditions have been checked in accordance with policy. Ensure the highest level of customer service support is provided in accordance with service level agreements including handoff procedures. Ensure the highest level of customer support to both external and internal customers (all departments) Make recommendations to management on continuous improvement ideas. Assist other team members with on-the-job training and knowledge sharing. Identify and recommend initiatives to improve the performance of the functional processes to management. Build collaborates with colleagues to enable objectives to be met. Back-up for the Production lead to manage his/her responsibilities. Communicate well with peers on shore and offshore to ensure customer expectations have been met and exceeded. Ensure standard of work is accurate to minimise operational losses and reputational risk.
Required Qualifications: Knowledge of Banking products and procedures Efficient & effective in adapting to Change environment Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills A sharp customer focus and a results-driven mindset, committed to delivering excellence Strong customer focus and Result Oriented.
Preferred Qualifications: Preference will be given to commerce graduate.
