At ryteJobs.ai ("we," "our," or "us"), we offer both free and paid subscription plans to candidates and employers ("you," "your"). Please read this Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully because it governs the termination of your subscription and the treatment of any fees paid.
1. Free Plans
- You may cancel your free account or downgrade your subscription at any time without any charges.
- Cancellation or deletion of your free account will result in loss of access to any features exclusive to free accounts but will not involve any fees or refunds.
2. Paid Subscription Plans
- Paid subscription plans provide access to premium features and services with quotas on a recurring basis (as specified at purchase).
- Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation of Paid Subscriptions
- You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team.
- Cancellations will be with immediate effect.
- After cancellation, you will lose access to the paid features and services.
4. No Refunds
- We do not offer refunds or credits for any partial months or unused portions of a subscription period and service quotas.
- All subscription fees, including those for paid plans, are non-refundable regardless of whether you choose to cancel the subscription early, reduce your subscription tier, or stop using the Service.
- We also do not provide refunds for failed payments, late payments, involuntary suspensions, or account terminations initiated by you or by us.
5. Upgrades and Downgrades
- Upgrades: When you upgrade your subscription plan, any remaining balance from your current subscription period may be prorated or credited towards the new subscription fee, as detailed at the time of upgrade.
- Downgrades: Downgrading your subscription plan will take effect after the current billing period ends. No refunds or credits will be issued for differences in plan pricing.
