          About the Role: Position: Associate Process Manager – HR Technology (Oracle HCM)Experience Required: 3–5 YearsLocation: MumbaiEmployment Type: Full-timeRole OverviewWe are looking for an Associate Process Manager to support HR Technology operations and Oracle HCM Cloud initiatives. This role will focus on day-to-day system activities, transactional support, periodic audits, and assisting in project implementations. The Associate Process Manager will work closely with HR, IT, and business teams to ensure smooth system operations, accurate data management, and continuous process improvement.Associate Process Manager Role and Responsibilities:1. Project ManagementMaintain project trackers and support monitoring of ongoing Oracle HCM initiatives.Assist in preparing weekly and monthly project updates and decks for leadership.Support testing of new functionalities, enhancements, and Oracle quarterly releases.Participate in UAT execution and provide functional feedback.2. Stakeholder Engagement & CollaborationAct as the first point of contact for HR teams for day-to-day Oracle HCM issues.Collaborate with IT, HR, and vendors for resolving system queries and data-related issues.Provide functional support in requirement documentation and BRD evaluations.3. System Operations & GovernanceManage user provisioning, including enabling/disabling accounts and resolving locked accounts.Handle access governance including password resets, role/AOR modifications, and access tracking.Support governance by auditing roles, access, and permissions for compliance.Document and update SOPs, checklists, and process guides as needed.4. Data Management & ReportingExecute HDL data load queries and perform scheduled data uploads.Support HR data accuracy by conducting audits and clean-up exercises.Confirm employee lifecycle transactions (rehire, joining, promotions, etc.) and ensure compliance.Prepare periodic reports and updates (weekly HRT updates, monthly dashboards).5. Process Innovation & Continuous ImprovementContribute to process mapping exercises to identify automation opportunities.Support implementation of new functionalities and enhancements by providing functional inputs.Participate in solution consulting exercises with Process Managers/Senior Process Managers.Suggest improvements to recurring processes based on observations and stakeholder feedback.Required Skills and experience:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Human Resources.Overall 3+ years and 1-2 years of hands-on experience in HR Technology operations, preferably Oracle HCM Cloud.Good understanding of HR processes such as employee lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance.Experience in HDL, data load activities, and role/permission management.Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in execution.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple operational tasks with tight timelines.Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with HR, IT, and vendor teams.Continuous learner with a proactive approach to process improvement.
