Key Responsibilities: Monitor UPS, generators, and electrical panels; track load, efficiency, and anomalies. Ensure optimal temperature/humidity; monitor CRACs, air handlers, and cooling units. Set up alerts; respond immediately; perform diagnostics and escalate issues. Maintain logs; prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports; document incidents. Diagnose root causes; coordinate with technicians/vendors for timely resolution. Track schedules; set alerts to avoid downtime. Ensure systems meet industry standards; support audits and maintain documentation.
