That's why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginable with us.Job Title:  Senior AssistantYour Role:Process R&D, Custom synthesis, Scale Up & Pilot plant.Kilo Lab Production.Characterization using IR, NMR, HPLC, Mass.Product planning and Scheduling.Process Improvements and trouble Shooting expertise.Organic Chemical synthesis.Who you are:Education: MSC (organic Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry)Experience:3 to 6 YearsMandate:Experience of working in process R&D, custom synthesis, scale up, pilot plant, Kilo lab, small scale CatLog production.Knowledge of organic synthesis, reaction mechanism, stereochemistry, asymmetric synthesis etc.Experience in handling 1litre to 50litre scale reaction, workup, purification and characterization of the products using analytical techniques (e.g. NMR, IR, GC, HPLC, Mass, elemental analysis)Should have handled pyrophoric & moisture sensitive reactions and reagents at 20L scale.Handling independently reaction in shifts. Expert in purification techniques like high vacuum distillation, recrystallization, column chromatography etc.Expert in process development and scale up to pilot plant.
