          Key Responsibilities: Broad Area - 1: Manage the automation initiative• Identify, evaluate, and implement automation solutions in artwork creation, artwork proofing, and related areas.• Collaborate with internal teams (Design, QA, Regulatory, Tech) to gather pain points and ideate solutions.• Drive end-to-end execution of automation projects (e.g., scripting, low-code tools, RPA, workflow automation).Artwork Process Optimization:• Map current-state processes involving packaging component, labels, cartons, leaflets, etc.• Analyze manual touchpoints in file reception, version control, folder structures, and proofing.• Standardize and improve workflows using automation and lean methodology.Cross-functional Collaboration:• Liaise with IT, Compliance, Operations, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of solutions.• Conduct PoCs and pilots, gather feedback, and scale successful initiatives. Documentation & Governance:• Maintain clear documentation of automation workflows, user guides, validation reports.• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory standards (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11 for audit trails). Training & Change Management:• Upskill teams on automation tools and processes.• Drive adoption through training sessions, workshops, and support during rollout.Broad Area - 2: Manage end to end artwork production as per the client requirement• Must be able to review, understand and gather relevant data (font, colour, alignment, missing links) from client specification file/ emails/ client server/ tool.• Follow best practices in terms of communication, client and project specific guidelines, and processes.• Monitor progress of artwork development and proof reading and ensure delays or issues are rectified or escalated to the appropriate level of management, and customers are kept informed of progress.• Interact with client / client SPOCS, raise queries, resolve issues, with respect to the jobs.• Provide technical and non technical support to the team members.• Proactively addresses all client complaints / issues and taking ownership of action plans.• Create Reports (weekly, internal weekly review, monthly & half yearly) as per the standard template and KPI’s.• Understand and respond to specific needs of the client.• Execute as per set objectives and goals by developing work schedules with priorities.• Demonstrate accountability and initiative to achieve team objectives. Broad Area - 3: Team Management• Conduct one to one a monthly basis of the team members and ensure peers are up to date.• Share process related/process improvement knowledge with the team.• Take initiatives to improve the process and documenting the procedures whenever needed.• Support junior associates, reportess and address their concerns, needs, issues, conflicts in a proper and timely manner.• Provide periodic review and provide appropriate feedback and ratings.• Set goals and perform appraisal reviews for the team members and identify training needs.• Maintain team’s performance data and do analysis to generate information for continuous performance improvement.• Participate and assist in hiring by conducting interviews and give feedback.Broad Area - 4: Process Management and Compliance• Responsible to drive and maintain quality standards for various client deliverables across the team• Responsible to educate the team (both existing and new members) on maintaining confidentiality and copyright rules for various deliverables as per clients and company norms• Responsible to ensure the team follows all the security rules with regard to various standards like client SOPs, ISMS, ISO and CMMI Broad Area - 5: Self-Development• Build mastery in various deliverables through self learning and stay abreast with the current trends in the respective areas.• Participate in trainings and learn through hands-on experience on the job – about risk management, risk communication to the managers and clients.• Exhibit flexibility in moving across new project activities and varied deliverables.• Continuously enhance & maintain knowledge area of work domain• Take the support of team members/manager when solving problems that have an impact on the deliverable.• Capability to face unexpected challenges. Think through clearly and seeks required support to overcome the challenges and day to day issues.• To remain current on developments and emerging trends in own area, identifying new trends and requirements that can support business development.• Willingness to put in additional effort to meet client deliverables & process requirements.• Ability to maintain data, does basic analysis to generate information and manages work with relevant information• Ability to identify patterns across situations that are not obviously related and to identify key or underlying issues in complex situations to analyse the best trade-offs• Demonstrate ability to foster a great relationship with internal and external stakeholders by skilfully managing the expectations to achieve great client satisfaction
