          About the Role: Job SummaryResponsible for identifying and securing licensing and alliance opportunities to fill portfolio gaps, driving business growth through strategic partnerships. Develops and evaluates business cases, ensures governance and profitability tracking, and leads project execution from planning to launch while mitigating risks effectively.

          Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for identifying and securing candidates for licensing and alliances to address portfolio gaps and launch line extensions for existing brands.You will be responsible for conducting market research, attending conferences, and monitoring competitor portfolios and proposals from drug development companies to identify opportunities.You will be responsible for coordinating with experts to evaluate products under consideration for acquisition, licensing, distribution, localization, or other collaborations.You will be responsible for preparing comprehensive business cases for potential projects and aligning them with internal stakeholders.You will be responsible for contributing to the finalization of term sheets and agreements, ensuring commercial viability.You will be responsible for leading strategic projects, including planning, resource allocation, progress tracking, and maintaining documentation.You will be responsible for monitoring deal profitability and raising timely alarms to renegotiate key commercial terms with partners as needed.You will be responsible for proactively identifying risks in projects and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies toensure successful outcomes.
