          About the Role: Job Requirements Key Responsibilities Product & User Documentation Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for: Product specifications and feature descriptions User manuals / Operator manuals Service manuals and maintenance guides Troubleshooting guides and quick reference materials Translate complex technical and clinical concepts into clear, concise, and accessible content for diverse audiences including radiologists, technicians, IT administrators, and hospital staff. Develop graphics, diagrams, and visual aids to support written content. Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, software engineering, and UX teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy. Manage version control and updates for documentation across product releases. Contribute to content strategy for digital delivery including web-based help systems, e-learning modules, and interactive guides. Work Experience Tools & Technologies Used Authoring & Publishing Tools: MadCap Flare Adobe FrameMaker RoboHelp Microsoft Word (advanced features) Markdown / HTML / XML (DITA preferred) Graphic & Visualization Tools: Adobe Illustrator Snagit Visio Lucidchart Content Management & Collaboration: SharePoint Confluence Git / GitHub / Bitbucket Jira / Azure DevOps Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in medical devices or healthcare IT. Strong understanding of healthcare technologies and clinical / non-clinical workflows. Proven ability to create structured, compliant, and user-friendly documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with DITA XML or structured authoring. Knowledge of HL7, DICOM, PACS/RIS systems. Exposure to Agile development environments. Understanding of accessibility standards and localization workflows. Prior experience in regulatory documentation for medical devices or healthcare software.
