About the Role: We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. We need to form a pod with the following expertise: - Strong Java developers with AI skills - Strong AI Application Engineers For the AI Application Engineers, we have specific requirements:-Experience in designing and deploying production-grade AI systems- Deep understanding of LLMs, agentic systems, RAG, and vector databases in live production environments- Proven ability to integrate AI into complex existing systems while maintaining performance and reliability- Strong Python engineering skills with experience in building scalable, maintainable AI applications- Ability to navigate and enhance sophisticated backend systems, ideally using Spring Boot or similar frameworks
