About the Role: JD Patch My PC" SMENeed a "Patch My PC" SME for application life cycle management for updates third party applications and Windows updates. It s critical to keep software up to date to ensure vulnerabilities are patched.Should have hand on experience to use Patch My PC to scheduled, silent downloads and installs, auto updates. SCCM administrator skiils for windows and viability of underlying systems.Skills in SCCM administrator needs to update the system versions and utilize the patches.Involved in building the new system, keeping the security, and usability of devices at their level best.Manage third-party system patching and knowing other system knowledge is essential.Experience in Intune & Autopilot will be additional advantage To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
