Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to understand overall headcount and budget including financial impact, location strategy and focused resource analysis.Provide necessary oversight and support in the execution of essential day-to-day operational responsibilities.Document site ops process and Identify scope for improvements. Use data and insights as a resource to guide efficient decisions across our business.Partner with support functions like IT and Workplace, for the execution of daily tasks that require their support.Create a quarterly hardware purchase plan and place orders with the IT/Purchase team.Allocate assets to project teams and individuals as per the plan.Track Discretionary budget against the quarterly plan and report variance if any.Create contract staff requirements and coordinate with the vendor recruitment team for hiring and onboarding.Receive monthly invoices from vendors and track overall spending against the PO amount.
