          About the Role: Job Summary – Customer Support officer Role: Team Member

          Key Responsibilities: Answering Customer Calls/emails/chat as per training imparted and Standard Call Handling Procedures available. Answering calls/ emails as per client mandated procedures. Updating the Account Status on Client Database. Creating appropriate records of calls on the in-house database management. System and paper Reports submitted at the end of shift. Responsible for escalating calls to the Unit manager or appropriate channels when assistance required. Making Outbound Calls as per the training imparted and the adhering to the standard call handling procedure Creating appropriate reports of all calls on the specified calls
