Technical Skills:
? Primary Skills:
Atlassian Tools Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Jira (Software, Service Desk), Confluence, Bitbucket, and other Atlassian products.
SQL Expert: Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries, working with relational databases, and managing data in SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL environments.
GitHub: GitHub administration and support
? Secondary Skills:
Front-End Technologies: Experience with React, AngularJS, and jQuery to customize and extend the user interfaces of Atlassian tools.
Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and RESTful services to integrate Atlassian tools with external systems.
MuleSoft Integration experience will be added advantage
? Other Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically and creatively to resolve technical challenges.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Experience with version control systems like Git, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Certifications Needed: 
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
