About the Role: Job Overview: We are looking for a 12+ years of skilled User Experience Specialist with a strong pre-sales background to join our User Experience Practice. In this role, you will blend your expertise in user-centered design with your experience in supporting sales engagements to help clients visualize and realize exceptional user experiences in complex IT solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research, journey mapping, and usability testing tailored to IT services and enterprise software environments. Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed UX documentation to communicate design concepts effectively.

Partner with sales teams and solution architects to understand client business challenges and technical requirements. Support pre-sales activities by delivering UX-focused demos, workshops, and presentations that highlight the value of our IT services.

Advise clients on best practices in user experience design within IT service implementations, including custom workflows, portals, and dashboards. Help tailor our service offerings to meet client-specific usability and accessibility needs.

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients during discovery and proposal phases, ensuring their user experience goals align with IT infrastructure capabilities and project constraints.

Stay abreast of UX trends, emerging technologies, and IT industry standards to provide strategic insights that enhance sales positioning and client proposals.

Develop UX-related collateral such as case studies, solution briefs, and training materials. Equip sales teams with UX knowledge and demos to strengthen client relationships and drive deal closure.
