Identify and troubleshoot trends in the data in a timely and efficient manner. Address client queries received through our Operations Client Services team as well as other external parties. Develop strong working relationships with international colleagues across multiple functions. Drive process improvement everyday by identifying and implementing changes that will advance quality and/or efficiency. Ensure the root cause of any issue has been identified and create preventative measures to avoid future risks. Requirements:

Must be comfortable working against tight deadlines and unexpected challenges. Work experience which demonstrates your knowledge level, your collaborator skills, and flexibility. This includes experience working in a retail environment. Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.

Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Power BI a plus.
