About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled QA Strategist with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), along with advanced proficiency in SQL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing robust quality assurance strategies for customer experience journeys, data integrations, and marketing automation workflows within AEP and AJO environments.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies for AEP and AJO modules. Validate data flows, segmentations, and journey orchestration logic. Write and optimize complex SQL queries to validate data accuracy and integrity across systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, data engineering, and product to ensure flawless execution of customer journeys. Perform end-to-end testing of AEP/AJO configurations, including triggers, actions, and personalization logic. Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts tailored to AEP/AJO use cases. Identify, document, and track defects; work with developers and platform teams to resolve issues. Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy standards during QA processes. Provide insights and recommendations to improve platform performance and customer experience.
