About the Role: JOB DESCRIPTION BU: Digital ExperienceTeam: Sales Velocity, Core Tech & AIRole: Python Fullstack DeveloperWe are looking for a proficient and experienced Full-Stack Python Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for building robust applications, implementing server-side logic, and crafting user-facing elements. Beyond coding, you will play a key role in managing the codebase, enforcing procedures, and ensuring the long-term maintainability and scalability of our software. 

Key Responsibilities: Build, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Python and related technologies. Compose efficient, reusable, and scalable backend services and APIs by employing Python frameworks like Django or Flask. Partner with designers to integrate user-facing elements seamlessly with server-side logic through JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Manage and optimize database schemas, queries, and migrations using relational (e.g., PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases. Lead efforts to maintain code quality, organization, and automation, including conducting rigorous code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and implementing guidelines. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers on best coding practices, development patterns, and code quality. Effectively administer the codebase through the use of version control systems like Git, encompassing branching techniques, pull requests, and release oversight. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including writing tests, debugging, and solving technical issues. Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs to ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
