About the Role: CFIB practice focuses on providing financial & strategic solutions to the clients which are backed by in-depth analysis and evaluation of the alternatives. CFIB leverages on its global network of 2,500+ corporate finance professionals across 100+ countries to provide innate market intelligence across countries thereby enhancing the value to the clients.

Key Responsibilities: Independently identify and generate ideas and solutions for financial solutions and work with colleagues to identify the opportunities and lead origination meetings; Independently create and manage strong relationships with corporates and fund houses at senior positions; Advise clients on financial solutions including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, loans, and capital raises; Guide the team in preparing marketing pitchbooks, industry research, business analysis, financial modelling and other deliverables, ranging across various industry segments within given timelines; Manage execution of the transaction, from research, information memorandum preparation, transaction structuring through to execution, documentation and deal closing.
