Key Responsibilities: Design simple, elegant, and intuitive GenAI experiences that transform workflows and help users quickly see the value of AI in Acrobat. Apply a growth mindset to experiment on engagement and usage initiatives—making AI more discoverable, useful, and sticky. Define design strategy and craft visions for AI-first products and experiences, communicating them to senior executives through compelling storytelling. Explore design ideas via sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to bring concepts to life. Advocate for the user—using customer feedback, research, and data insights to uncover unexpected needs and shape AI experiences that feel natural and valuable. Partner closely with product managers, engineering, researchers, and cross-functional teams to scale AI capabilities across surfaces and ensure high-quality, consistent experiences.
